Returns & Exchange policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition (ensuring that the labels have not been removed from the garment) within 14 days of receipt.

 

All goods MUST be returned IN Original Packaging. 

 

We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail care@designerwear.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Designerwear & a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to care@designerwear.co.uk, or by post to the address on our Returns page. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of designer clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We buy excess stock directly from the brand holders and distributors under license. This guarantees the authenticity of the products that we buy, and it also means that we do not have to add the increased mark-up that retailers include on their designer clothing. This allows us to sell goods at a very competitive price.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 4.00.
Standard delivery time is between 2 - 14 days, and there is no restriction on distance for deliveries
